Welcome to HomeSpecs, LLC
HomeSpecs, LLC, has been in business since 1999 and is a professional home inspection company with a main priority to identify the damaged and non-functioning components of the property. This analysis will be conducted by a specially trained and qualified home inspector who will help to determine the condition of the building.
Neil Ray, is the president and principal home inspector for Homespecs Property Inspections and has worked in the construction industry since 1987. He has been a hands-on licensed general contractor for many years working on both residential and commercial buildings. His knowledge and experience enables Homespecs to offer a more thorough home inspection.
Neil has held the following officer positions at the WLA/South Bay Chapter.
2002-2003 Treasurer.
2003-2004 Vice President.
2004-2005 President.
2006-2007 Secretary

Our office is located in Malibu and we serve most of the Greater Los Angeles Area. Neil has performed over 10,000 inspections and has been retained to inspect numerous types of properties from small lofts to $40 million dollar estates. Neil is not only a member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association but has surpassed most other inspector’s certifications. He has been certified as a Master CREIA Inspector and a CREIA New Construction Specialist. These are the highest designations that an inspector can obtain as a CREIA member.
One of our goals is to ensure that ethical standards and proper guidelines for the Home Inspection Industry are established and maintained. Your home inspection is guaranteed to be performed to the highest standards set by CREIA.
