HomeSpecs prices are based on our experience, education, professionalism, quality of the report, time on-site and the personal service that we offer to all clients.

Some companies base their prices on quantity not quality and can therefore maintain lower rates by perfoming up to 3 home inspections per day. We understand that everyone needs to save money whenever possible, but this is not the time. The lower priced inspectors will likely spend less time on-site, which could result in defective items being missed. These will be found after you have purchased the property and could cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars to repair.
